ACCESS AND SIGN IN

EDMI will respect the user’s permission settings in our Applications and will not modify user details to consent to unnecessary data access. Account sign-in requirements will be dictated by the security and privacy levels of functionality needed for the website, portal or software application. This is pertinent in meeting regional regulatory requirements for metrology.

RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

User location services are enabled to support Bluetooth connectivity, and may be used for meter location identification, but is not user specific.

EDMI, as part of a worldwide group, may transfer or disclose your personal data to another entity in the EDMI group to be used for similar purposes, at its discretion, and you hereby consent to such transfer or disclosure. EDMI may engage Third-Parties (i.e. parties other than entities within the EDMI group) to provide products and services and who perform technical operations on our behalf, such as hosting providers, data storage providers, fulfilment and activation partners, and digital agencies.
